Product Management
On my team, we embrace a pragmatic Agile approach, whether we are creating something entirely new or driving incremental improvements. Our focus centers around addressing key questions: 

•     What is the business goal? 
•     How do we shape the user journey to achieve that goal? 
•     How do we create an intuitive user experience? 
•     How can we effectively build and deliver the solution? 

Process Improvement

 I am passionate about introducing and refining process improvements. By establishing best practices and staying ahead of ever-evolving environments, I proactively eliminate potential future roadblocks. I always have my eye on how to maximize efficiency, whether internally or with external partners. 

To optimize productivity, I employ automation tools that can expedite my work. From Github Actions, automating reports, or adopting new collaborative platforms, I'm focused on maximizing my reach with  technology.
